Chef Brian Luscher, of longtime restaurant The Grape, takes new job in Dallas suburbs

Restaurateur Brian Luscher, who co-owned Dallas restaurant The Grape with his wife, Courtney Luscher, for 12 years, is headed back to local kitchens. This week, he took a new job as director of culinary operations for 33 Restaurant Group, which operates Cadillac Pizza Pub and The Yard in McKinney, Taverna Rossa in Plano and Southlake, and several other restaurants in the northern Dallas suburbs.
